All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the order date. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Standard orders will not have duties.

**Canada Post Lettermail Untracked is a cost-effective shipping option that is untracked, uninsured and can take up to 21 business days for delivery. Once the package is with Canada Post, there is no way of knowing the package location or estimated delivery time. If you require tracking and delivery confirmation, please select Canada Post Expedited Tracked for shipping.
Tracked packages will generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days after carrier pickup. Untracked lettermail will generally arrive within 21 business days after carrier pickup. Orders to remote areas may be subject to longer delivery time.
We are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order. Delivery times quoted are estimated and are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for weather or carrier delays.
Exceptions
- Our free shipping offer may not apply to all shipping destinations. In these cases, free shipping is not available and a shipping surcharge may apply.
- Canada Post Lettermail Untracked may not apply to all orders due to size and/or weight restrictions with lettermail shipping.
If additional shipping charges are required for your order, we will contact you to confirm if you would like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you do not respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically cancelled.
RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns of merchandise for a full refund.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Returns postmarked after this timeframe, or that otherwise do not meet the return requirements, are not eligible to be returned.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded (e.g., where the free shipping threshold was not met).
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return shipment as we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your delivery arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us at info@dandelionshairbows.com within 7 days of delivery so we can get it sorted. Please reference your order number and provide a picture of the item so that we can assist you more efficiently.
